The AddCash team
Established in Adelaide in 2003 specialising in debtor finance, we have grown to service businesses all over Australia providing debtor finance and expanded asset backed working capital facilities.
Our team is highly experienced, some working for many decades as specialists in working capital finance. We are commercially minded, solutions focused and have the ability to make sensible timely decisions. We are committed to being approachable, respectful and fair when working with business owners, their staff and external advisors.
Andrew Kelly
Andrew Kelly is the Managing Director at AddCash Finance. He inspires a commercial, solutions focused approach to financial services which has been built on a long history of working with businesses of all sizes, from ASX listed companies through to smaller family owned operations, across many industries, at varying lifecycle stages including start-ups, rapid growth businesses and restructuring. After working in both Sydney and Melbourne for many years, Andrew joined Adelaide based AddCash Finance in 2009 and has expanded its reach to provide finance to businesses all across Australia.
Grant Dickson
Grant Dickson is our National Sales Manager at AddCash Finance. He holds an MBA from Mt Eliza Business School and industry knowledge in Banking, Credit Risk, Financial Risk, Sales Management. He has been in the finance industry since 1987 commencing with AGC in debtor finance and has since that time held senior management roles in some of Australia’s leading commercial banks and finance companies. He returned to his debtor finance roots in 2010 as the Victorian State Manager for a specialist International Factoring Firm and has been dedicated to this sector since.
Matt Horton
Matt Horton our brilliant Client Manager at AddCash Finance, has a clear nature for people and business. Matt is in the front line of the customer experience working closely with both our Clients and their Customers to allow AddCash to provide the highest level of service. Matt graduated from Rivermount College and has honed his customer service and soft people skills over many years working in hospitality and hotel management. If there is anyone you want managing your accounts, it is Matt.

AddCash Head Office is in Adelaide where Andrew Kelly our Managing Director is based. Grant Dickson the National Sales Manager operates out of Melbourne. Both Andrew and Grant regularly travel regionally and interstate to meet with business owners, Accountants and Finance Brokers. They enjoy and welcome the opportunity to meet in person, talk directly with business owners, their staff and advisors, and walk through businesses and see them first hand in operation.
